Dr. David Birznieks
David has over 12 years experience as a soft tissue chiropractor specializing in sports injuries and orthopedic conditions. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder where he worked with the athletic department for four years. He completed his doctor of chiropractic medicine at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. His experience as a former competitive athlete led him into the benefits of various soft tissue techniques and their applications including fascial stretch therapy, athletic injury assessment and chiropractic. His techniques are a wonderful complement to any training program for decreasing pain, increasing flexibility and restoring the body to its full potential. David has extensive clinical experience with athletes from Olympic medalists to professional and amateurs of all levels.
Lindsey LeGrande
Lindsey has been teaching pilates for over 6 years and it truly has become her passion. After suffering through lower back pain she healed herself through movement and continues to teach her clients how to heal themselves.
Certified through the Pilates Institute of Southern California as well as Romana’s pilates Lindsey has found a deeper meaning of the work. As a competitive swimmer and NCAA water polo player she has found her niche in teaching a wide range of athletes including NBA, NFL, pro tennis and volleyball players. In addition to keeping her clients bodies in tip-top shape she also believes that to maintain a high level of health one must also focus on their nutrition.
